There are a few key steps to take before your first dental visit. First, we advise you to gather any relevant paperwork and information including the following:

Your current medication list
Dental insurance information(if applicable)
Notes for any relevant medical condition that may impact treatment, including artificial

During Your Appointment
Dr. Leyane Hernandez, will listen attentively to your concerns, answer your questions with utmost care and respect.
Following a thorough examination, Dr. Hernandez will review your medical and dental history, along with the results of your exam. She will take the time to develop a personalized continuing care and/or treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals, aiming to help you achieve optimal oral health.
We accept dental insurance (if applicable), making it easy for you to pay for your care. For more complex cases, we will provide a deeper understanding of your plan and address any additional concerns you may have. Please visit the financing page for more information.
After Your Visit
At the end of your visit, we will provide you with any details on at-home care and follow-up appointments. We can schedule you at that time. We accept dental insurance, making it easy for you to pay for your care. Our dental team is open to feedback and would love to hear about your dental experience after your visit.

For Parking:
Parking is available on the second floor of the building. You can park directly in spot #107, which is reserved for our patients. After parking, head to Suite 107 for your appointment. We validate parking tickets using your license plate number. Please make sure to provide it when you arrive.
